I build products for expert users in complex domains.
Fintech · RegTech · AI-powered platforms · 10 years building products where the stakes are high and the users are experts.

Information-dense environments
Where users need to process a lot to act on a little. Designing for experts means respecting their mental models, not flattening them.
High-stakes workflows
Where errors are costly and trust in the product is non-negotiable. The interface isn't just UX — it's infrastructure. It has to be right.
Expert users, zero friction
Where the product has to meet the user at their level, not the other way around. Power users don't want hand-holding. They want tools that think like they do.
AI in the stack
Where the product uses and builds intelligence, creating better outcomes and new opportunities from the data up.
Product examples
I've spent ten years building products for people who are very good at their jobs and have no patience for tools that aren't. From compliance platforms used by thousands of European banks, to trading platforms for crypto professionals, to AI-powered tools for finance teams — the common thread is complexity. My job is to make it navigable without making it simple.
I'm also a builder. I designed and shipped PhonicSpace — a dual-platform phonics app — independently, using AI-assisted development tools. That experience informs how I work with engineering teams: I understand the craft, not just the process.
